When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, product and volume requirements, destination, requested date, and your message. We also retain limited security evidence such as hashed network and browser identifiers, consent evidence, request timestamps, and spam-control results. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card information, or bank credentials through public website forms.
3. How and why we use it
- Respond to enquiries and assess requested products or services.
- Prepare commercial follow-up where you ask us to do so.
- Protect forms and systems from spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain evidence of consent and business communications.
- Understand aggregate website use only when you accept optional analytics cookies.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, record-keeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
Access is limited to authorized Warfaa personnel and service providers needed to operate hosting, email, security, and communications. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to distinguish people from automated abuse. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only after analytics consent and only when Warfaa configures those services. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside Uganda. Warfaa will assess provider terms, configuration, security, and applicable transfer requirements before activating those services.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, commercial relationship, security, audit, and applicable legal obligations under approved retention rules. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, private storage, audit trails, rate limits, CSRF protection, bot verification, and secure transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Ugandan data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion where permitted, restriction, or an explanation of how your information is used. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
8. Updates and complaints
We may update this notice when practices or legal requirements change and will publish the new effective date. Contact us first so we can address a concern. You may also seek guidance or lodge a complaint with Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office where applicable.
